Dedicafion The Senior Class of 1977 would like to dedicate the 1977 La-Del Yearbook to Mrs. McDonald. This dedication of the yearbook is for recognition and appreciation for the 32 years of service Mrs. McDonald gave to the students of Delmar School. The memory of Mrs. McDonald will long be in the halls of Delmar. Mrs. McDonald began teaching in 1944. She first taught in Greenville, then moved to what is now Delmar School. Mrs. McDonald originally taught Home Economics. Here at Delmar Mrs. McDonald taught in several areas. Her services are well appreciated by both the student body and the faculty. As we the Senior Class of 1977 leave Delmar, we leave with the knowledge given to us by Mrs. McDonald. To show our appreciation by giving you this 1977 La-Del Yearbook, we hope that you will remember us as we are sure to remember you.

Dedicafion The Senior Class of 1977 and members of the 1977 La-Del Yearbook Staff would like to take this opportunity to dedicate this year's annual to Mr. Garland Gray. Mr. Gray has given most of his life to serving the people of the Delmar Commu- nity. We feel that it is time that we the Seniors of 1977 take the time so muchly owed to Mr. Gray to honor him with our most prized accomplishment, the 1977 La- Del. Mr. Gray has served on the Delmar School Board for 12 years. He has served as secretary most of those years. Due to ill health, Mr. Gray resigned in October of 1976. Mr. Gray has served this community for many years with a Produce and Gro- cery Store. Mr. Gray has also stood behind and upheld the rights of the people in this community . The time spent in preparing this yearbook can never make up for the time spent by Mr. Gray helping this community. This dedication goes to a man who helped many and asked for nothing in return . This is your annual, Mr. Gray.
