The Staff of 1968 LeDELCAMBRE STAFF 4 This edition, 1968, marks our 20th anniversary edition. Our first edition of LaDelcambre made its appearance in 1948. It was a very humble beginning on one hand, but a very bold and forward one on the other. Our school has grown from 14 teachers in 1948 to 40 teachers today. The growth of our yearbook, like the growth of our school, is a credit to the students, faculty and the community. I would like to acknowledge my heartfelt thanks to all the students, teachers, business people and friends of Delcambre High for their courage, hard- work and faith in their efforts to perpetuate the memories of these years.
