ScAaol 7 ic tci U Mr. John Ramsay came to Delcambre High School in September of 1956. In January of 1942, he received his B.A. Degree from South- western Louisiana Institute in Lafayette; and in 1950 he received his M.E. Degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Mr. Ramsay first taught in the Crowley High School, where, for two and a half years, he coached and also taught physical education and social.studies. He then taught in the Church Point High School until 1948, when he moved to the Abbeville High School as coach and teacher of science and biology. From 1951 to 1956, he served as assistant principal of Abbeville High School. Mr. Ramsay is married and has one daughter and three sons. Mrs. Ramsay is also a graduate of S.L. I. and is a former teacher of home economics.
