Administration TO THE CLASS OF 1963: Now you are poised like a missile about to be launched into space. In a short time each of you will be probing out into the world to follow your individual way through life. This way will probably turn through many phases as you go along. At one time the breaks will be with you and, at another, the going will be difficult. The way in which you ride out the good times and the bad will be dependent upon how much you are willing to give of yourself to any endeavor. If you sit at home and wait for opportunity to come to you, it may be a long time before it arrives. Generally, you will create your own good fortune through your work and efforts. Nontheless, don ' t forget the pat on the back or the words of thankfulness to those who help you along the way. It will be these helping hands that will carry you up the ladder of success. Like any space probing missile, you will be seeing and meet- ing many new things as you cruise along through life. As you experi- ence these new problems, you will form new ideas and philosophies. Be alert to change, and courageous enough to explore these new pos- sibilities; above all remain flexible. May you enjoy God ' s blessing on your path through life. Karl R.
