THE Class of ' 38 has been one of an outstanding character. We entered the school one of the largest classes ever to be admitted. Our class was not only recognized by its quantity but also by the quality of men contained in it. Many of our classmates have dropped by the wayside, until now, we ore graduating with half our original number. As president of the Senior Class, I wish to extend my gratitude to you, my fellow classmates, for the fine co-operation given me during our three years as students. I am proud of you and I wish you the same success in your life ' s work as you shared with the class. = ;. Class President HAROLD HASS COMMENCEMENT is a very solemn period in the life of any young man. It is at once an ending and a beginning; a breaking away from the old ties and friendships, an ending of the spirit of youth, the period of preparation. For three years our school has been preparing the graduating class for this conflict. How well it has succeeded, only the future can reveal. From now on you of the graduating class ore to be classi- fied as men — National Form School Men . Con- duct yourself so that your Alma Mater will be proud to claim you as her own.
