Joe is the happy-go-lucky boy from Toledo. It Aduld be dithcult to estimate the number of services he bas performed for the school. As mailman Joe was undoubtedly the most popular fellow in the dining ' room. No dance was complete without his assistance. There is a certain damsel in Phila- delphia who thinks a great deal of him.
