The group is active throughout the year, taking fieldtrips. putting on banquets for their parents and employers, attending leadership labs and contests and even holding picnics and parties at times. The past year has been outstanding from the viewpoint of development. Not only has the club grown from approximately 10 to 27 members, but the individuals have done excellent work in all their activities. Through working with the members of their community. their school, their families, and their organization. FBLA members have aimed for their high goals. Diligent workers have made the I BLA chapter successful this year. Members typed and duplicated stencils for community organizations, sold candy and bulletin boards, helped with Career Day and The Secretarial Tea. and sponsored a spaghetti dinner. The fund-raising projects were aimed at taking as many FBLA members as possible to the State Leadership Conference in Green Lake. Sixteen students attended and participated in events ranging from Miss FBLA, public speaking, and skill contests to campaigning for office and participating in meetings and leadership development labs with 1,000 other FBLA’ers throughout Wisconsin.
