Pride, regret, love, longing, relief, tension—all the emotions that made up four years at Delavan-Daricn High School, combined together to form one end. and it was called “graduation”. No one can accurately describe the feelings that were part of their senior year as well as die commencement exercise. Only they, the graduates, know what they experienced. They were satisfied with what they had accomplished; guilty about what they had neglected. Their class of '63 has its memories. Their prom. “This Night Forever”, was reigned over by Queen Suzanne Scuscr and King Darryl Christianson. Their homecoming floats never won first place, but their spirit made up for their loss. They marked their homecoming dance “Yesterday’s Gone” as a “special” in their memories, because it was the last of their high school years. Their participation influenced the outcome of various activities as well as sports. Their life was D-DHS.
