JUNIOR ACTIVITIES The Junior Class Play is called Teen Time.” It is the story of a young girl and her problems with her boy friends. Wendy isn't interested in Tim and his loud sweaters, carefree manner, and pickup truck any more because Harley has appeared and he lias beautiful manners and a yellow convertible. Tim tries to win Wendy back by helping her win a contest. Wendy does not appreciate his help because norespectable candidate for queen, campaigns. With the help of many other interesting characters this is a very humorous and interesting play. This picture is of the Juniors anxiously awaiting class. 19

The Junior Class members are trying to raise money for a nice class trip when they are Seniors. They now have a large amount of money, but they keep receiving more members which means they will need more money. This class is the largest class in high school this year.

The first action was to elect our class officers. Our class this year started with fourteen girls and one boy. Soon after school started the boy quit school to go into the navy. This left our class a completely girl class. Our float for the homecoming parade featured a locomotive about to run down an opposing playe r, thus We ’ll Run'em Down was our motto. Inspite of our efforts we only received third prize. During the year we sold greeting cards and stationery. We also had bake sales and card parties to enrich our class treasury.
