lean? President 744 this school year draws to a close, it marks the ending toa preparatory phase oflife. 'lhe strains of Pomp and Circumstance' not only echo the requiem of youth, luutalsoherald the beginning of adulthood. Through the past formative years, each has grown, mounting the steps of education. What began one fall morning twelve years ago does not end here and now, but continues to mold, to shape, and toinfluencethe lives ofthe members of this graduating class of 1965. We stand on the threshold, knocking on the door marked Maturity 'lhe present is the time to utilize knowledge gathered over past years. Knowledge has come in many forms and many ways: through the home, the school, and the community. All have served one purpose, to develop the individual and to ready him for life. Throughout one's life the educationalpro- cess never ceases. However, graduation will be the end of formal education for some.
