When one turns 18, by common law, one is con- sidered an adult. As an adult you are allowed voting rights in governmental elections and young men are required to sign up for the draft. In other words, when you come of age, you are hit by that big word responsibility which makes one liable for his own actions. After his 1 8th birthday senior Peter Wyndham lifts a register to vote form from it ' s box in order to participate in the Texas elections held in November.
