And we, the Pavilion staff of Del Norte High School believe just that. With this in mind, we have assembled a pictorial history of life at Del Norte for 1967. As you leaf through these pages, it is our sincerest hope that you will re-capture those many pleasure-filled hours of happiness and reflect momentarily on those fleeting seconds of sadness. It is our deep desire that you will appreciate, understand, and share, with the use of this annual, the warmth, the Congeniality and the camaraderie shared by all at Del Norte. This, oh mighty Knights, is your Pavilion for 1967. The Pavilion Staff Del Norte High School Albuquerque, New Mexico K - ' - 5-ii.i.4.,,,., . i -mmm s., --f A' X f 1?' This was only the beginning of many activities September had in store. There was the Stag Dance sponsored by the varsity cheer- leaders, and the first assembly introducing our Student Body President and giving our boys support before the Clovis game. With Western Day came the elections of officers for the three classes. D.N. was well represented in the fair parade by our cheerleaders and band. To bring September to a climax the student body chose six pretty girls to serve as B-team cheerleaders for the year 1966-67. A X ' 1 Registration lines moved slowly. For four days the mystery of who the lucky girl would be prevailed.
