Eeb, 19--Dr. Farley very excited when Carol Isensee Hfainted,U but did his face turn red when he discovered she was just practicing for dramatics class. More fun! Zeb, 20--Phi Theta Kappa, local chapter of thelnational honorary society for junior colleges, organized. Edith Haynie, presidentg Colleen Ivey, vice- presidentg Carol Isensee, secretary, Bettie Rose Simonton, delegate, sponsor, Dr. Farley. Eeb, 21--John Carlton beginning to wonder when he'1l ever get time to study, what with his working in the library and in the office and preaching, Eeb. 23--The Jerks fBob Price, Frank Hankins, and Bob Nolenj holding forth in the auditorium while jitterbugs nwent to town.H The cast of the contest play nEternal Lifen has been chosen, and rehersals are to begin soon. Egg,-22--F. T. A, swings out with musical assembly program. Mr.Young, cornet ist from Driscoll Junior High, amused everyone with his imitation of a little boy playing at a recital. Great opera singer Everma Jo seen roller skating herself toward fame, Eeb, 25--Favorite election held during activity period, Ars Vestis girls lunch at Chicken Shack, at which plans for the rest of the year were pre- sented. They plan to give a folk dance, a style show, and a formal dance.
