Of Shirts and Shows This year the Art club worked on two main projects. One of the projects was organizing art shows in Del Campo's art gallery. The first show of the year ran from November fifthteenth to the thirtieth and was for teachers only. All the teachers at the school were invited to bring in any artwork they had done for display. After the teacher art show, Mr. lmm's craft classes displayed their works in the gallery. The student art show followed the crafts show in january. Students from all the art classes were able to show their paintings and other works of art. The other project the art club worked on was silkscreening tee-shirts to raise money for the club. The tee-shirts were sold at the student store. The club members also planned a field trip to San Francisco to see an art show. Top Left: Art Club meeting. They typed up and dittoed off tests, Worksheets, plays for the drama department, and programs for some of the football and basketball games. The club provided training for future jobs along with being a great service to the school.
