A Place To Speak Out Members ofthe Debate Club met almost every week this year to practice for competition. They formed teams of two to compete and according to skill were ranked as either novice, junior varsity, or varsity. Drama Trauma Funtime The Drama Club started the year with a calender sale which lasted through Club's purpose was to get people involved in drama and maybe encourage October and November. Among their other money raising projects they periodically had bake sales, sucker sales, and junk sales at the Roseville Auction. The money they earned went towards payment of materials needed in the drama department, for drama scholarships, and for field trips. The them to further explore the field. Many of the members were in the school plays. Others worked hard on the construction of all the sets and other facets of the productions. One activity the club attended was an American Film Theater Series, and they ended the year with a trip to San Francisco to see plays.
