J. V. Track The sophomores are also looking for a championship in the CVC. Coaches Bill Kimball and Brad Mosburg eite as outstanding, Cliff Kemper, Mike Green, Ken Ledbetter, and Dave Cod. Kemper, a sprinter has not lost a raee this year. Green, a sprinter and high jumper, has picked up many seconds in the sprints and high jumps over 5'6 . Ledbetter should win soph crown in his event, the triple jump. Cod puts over 45 feet and looks for the championship. Sprinter Donna Price should also be mentioned. The freshmen have a weak team this year, but can easily knock over the league leaders with spirited performances. Those with team leading performances include Tom Van Matre and john Edgar in the long distance races, Craig White in the 440 and 880, and Kelly Douglas and Keith Basson in the pole vault. The major problem this team had was laek of people who went out for the team. Coach Kimball had high praise for those who did eome out. 's . g.. l . Q .
