Lehman slides home to Willey's relief . . . The baseball squad played a very successful season under the coaching of Mr. Hampshire, compiling a record of eighteen wins against only four losses. They brought the league cham- pionship to DHS on the wings of an eight to nothing record in league competition. The T954 squad also reached the finals of the sectional tourney held at Defiance by defeating Bryan and then was defeated by a score of seven to four by Wauseon in the finals. Ten seniors bolstered the Bulldog baseball time.
