We learn . . . we study . . . we, the future citi- zens of the world. We plan, we discuss as we are entitled to in our democracy. But no longer do we look only to our shores. Across the ex- panse of oceans stretching north, south, east and west we see our responsibility and pray our generation may be the citizens of the world.
