After the announcement was made, traditional homecoming rituals took place; (5) the crowning, (6) the Kiss, (7) the flowers, and (8) the escorting of the newly crowned Queen Lisa to her place of honor. FOOTBALL HOMECOMING — 1980 The queen candidates for the 1980 Football Homecoming were (1) Senior, Lisa Moore escorted by Senior, Brad Fredrick; (2) Junior, Dana Cardwell escorted by Senior Jeff Rohrs; (3) Sophomore Tracy Rohrs escorted by Senior. Pat Dowell; and (4) Freshman, Missy Markham escorted by Senior-Captain, Jimmy Lanning. The flower girl was Keri Pingleton and the crown bearer was Chad Millemon. (5). The announcement was made that Lisa Moore was the 1980 Football Homecoming Queen (6). Senior-Captain, Jimmy Lanning then crowned Lisa (7), presented her with a beautiful bouquet of roses (8). then gave Lisa the traditional kiss (9). Jimmy then escorted Queen Lisa to her place of honor (10) followed by the rest of the Queen's court. Once there.
