Dccphzivcn showed much improvement. They showed this in defeating Chaska and Bloomington and in losing a Closc game to XVatcrtown. Of the three games played at home on their new iicld. they wore Victorious in two, one of which was the homecoming gimc with Chaska. QED

'I'hc senior class of this year has been outstanding in its entire career of athletics. so it is to them that I wish to dedicate this space. .Xky'm Dunimnosi-In football he came in mighty handy in some of our puss plays; in basketball he was outstanding. especially in scoring where he set up an enviable record. hiuxc llxxii-zissltimnc played some very good football for us by working hard when he was in there. Ions Dy'iak-Johmiy workch along with Hook 11f ccntcr in football. and in basketball did :1 ycry good job in game after game from a defensive standpoint. GEORGE iiOl-iKS'l'R.X-ul100k has played y'CIy much improved football this year, and after his shoulder injury in thc XVucmiia game healed, he did 11 fine job in bziskctbzlll. Pi-i'n-t KIZI-tR-Bciiig 011C of the lightest men on the football squad meant little to Pete. He turned in some ycry Elie performances zlt end. JIM LARsox-Lurs really came into his own this year in football. He did good work both ottcnsiycly 21nd defensively. Gicmimc Piiiximrisoxslt was Pitkis first year in football for us. and. I 21111 sorry to say. his last. In basketball hc had Hashes of brilliance that made him outstanding in many games. Imix Rialini-ixslohmiy. our captain in football. showed Enc leadership. In basketball Iohnny worked hard and was especially cttcctiyc on defense. He is what is called 21 TC'di competitor in athletics. Xlnxmx 'l'wiii-ZD-Iii Xlilt we had 21 good rugged hwy who came a long way in football through working hard. ch are going to miss this group of seniors in athletics and are hoping that the coming generations will be able to set or lnzlintilin the records they huyc made.
