foreword All who come to Decatur High are drawn into its special pattern of activity. It is a whirling, colorful pattern . . . abundant in the organizations, customs, and unquenchable spirit which make a school live for- ever in the hearts of students, faculty, and alumni. There is strength in the pattern, for it has a recognized foundation of high standards.
