Study in this department results not only in the ability to play an instrument but also an appreciation of good music. OCCUPATIONAL SCIENCE The Occupational Science department consists of commercial courses, home eco- nomics, and diversified occupations. Instructions in the commercial courses enable one to go from high school into a secretarial iob. In the three years of home economics offered, one can get instructions in the art of housekeeping. Diversified occupations helps to prepare a student for his vocation while he is in school. t-le has part-time work.
