If you could have gone to the Homecoming with anyone in the world, who would it be? Kara Curry: john jolley. Crista Camp- bell: Patrick Swayze. Scott Morgan: Heather Thomas. If you could change one thing about the Homecoming, what would it be? Mitzi Merritt: I'd make the dance livelier! Kerri Ogle: I'd have the Homecoming Queen contest dur- ing halftime. Do you think Homecoming is a good, lasting tradition? Kevin johnson: Yes because it gives DHS graduates a chance to see each other again. ,.4 joe lolley: Yes, because it makes football season a little more in- teresting. Penny Agan: Yes, because its a special time in the football season and it only hap- pens once a year. Do you think mums can be too gaudy? Carl Flusche: Yes, because they get too expensive if you put too much stuff on them. Kathy Meador: Yes! Those lights are pretty gaudy. You can put too much on those things. Did you think the pep rally was good even though it was indoors? lody Lanfear: Not really, because its better outside where there is more room. james Stockton: No, because having it in the gym dampened everyone's spirit a little. 109' A. Students Sneak ut n omecomine! This year DHS's Homecoming had its share of disappointments. We were not allowed to have the traditional pep rally on the square. We were having a losing streak, and of course the price of mums in- creased. Despite all this, students kept their Eagle Spirit glowing, especially when we learned that we were going to have a bonfire for the first time in three years.
