Each winter, the members have the op- portunity to spend a week-end at Pokagon State Park. The park is located near Angola, Ind- iana and is only six miles from the Michigan line. They find different ways to spend their time at Pokagon but one of the most popular places was the recreation room. Some of the years the group went, they had the good for- tune of having it snow and they took advantage of the winter sports.

He did a fine job in direct- ing the activities of the club. Membership to the Junior Historical So- ciety is open to juniors and seniors who main- tain a B average in history. It was organized by a group of older persons called the Senior Historical Society.
