The Decatur chapter ol C. Y. Q., an organization which includes many high school students and alumni, has had a very successful year. Aside from enahling the memhers to hecome hetter acquainted with religious conditions and needs in other centers, the C. Y. U. aims to create a spirit ol' good lxellow- ship and unity among its memhers. Besides religious activities, the C. Y. U. also engages in social activities. Q Early in Uctoher the dramatic cluh ol' the C. Y. O. presented the three act play 'lgpoolcy 'lwavernn under the direction ol' Father Alvin and Miss Grace Colluee. Both tht- hoys' and the girls' C. Y. O. teams were reorganized with Gerald Lderryn Gage and Dolores Leonard as coaches ol! the respective teams. lloth teams participated in the deanery tournaments hesides playing inde- pendent teams. For the third successive year the St. Benedict Choir ol' Toledo presented a concert under the auspices oli the C. Y. O. Dehates. one-act plays, and various amusing lveatures llurnished enter- tainment lor the monthly meetings. rl-he organization sponsored several dances throughout the year.
