THE SERVERS Knights Of The Blessed Sacrament Every year we find among the Senior class, some of our members serving the priest at the altar. This year four of these noble youths are among the grad- uating class. It is a great privilege to minister at the altar of God, for even the angels are deprived of this active service. The class of '35 is justly proud of this splendid record of service and Wishes to offer its congratulations to these young men. all made of faith and service llI'l-Til Ll-1F'1'-.lL'I,lAN I'.Xlll'IN'l' at tg S P1511 l!IL'lI'l'-.IAMEU L1 HH . 1 WEN Llflr 1',1111Y'lIATlll ELM.-KN All adoration, duty, and observance 1 WEI: IIIGHT-l3L'Y TES'l'Ell All huimbleness, all patience, All purity, all trial, all observance

J IIN IOR HISTORY - Complications I hold the world but as the world, A stage, where every man must play a part. LEADING ACTORS: Sister M. Clare, Class Guardiang Leo Miller, Presidentg Mary M. Klepper, Vice-Presidentg Edward Wolpcrt, Treasurerg Julia Parent, Secretaryg Agnes Schultz, Historian. Motto: Not for today, but for tomorrow. Flower: Violet Colors: Blue and White On September 4, twenty seven of last year's sophomores came back to Decatur Catholic High School to join the other students in pursuit of knowledge. After we were well organized in our classes, of- ficers were elected for the ensuing term. These classes treated of subjects entirely new to us. We were initiated into the mysteries of typing, bookkeeping, and shorthand. The signatures found on our books and papers testify to our apti- tude in the last named subject. New ventures awaited us this year. We were called upon to present a class play. We chose a three-act farce, Ohl Professor! which proved successful. Another undertaking was the Junior- Senior Reception. We made our social debut. And successfully l We entertained at the November and Febru- ary class meetings. In November, we prepared a program to honor St. Cecilia. In February, We presented the play, Neighbors We can cook as well as act. This fact we prov- ed at the First Friday breakfasts in December and January. As we close our books on June 7, it is with a feeling of satisfaction over things accomplished and a feeling of enthusiasm and eagerness for our great adventure next year as seniors.
