Allan Thorburn will spin the platters and make with the chatter, for he will be a disc jockey. Edward Thorne will keep the city bright at night, for he will take care of the e'ectric'ty. Diane Tidewell will be a principal of a girls’ school. Margaret Tolieson will become a bubble dancer. Roberta Trautz will be a professor of Manology. Tom Trevethick will be a second class Sam Shovel, private eye. Mavlyn Trost, an organist and singer, Will be in her church every Sunday. Eugene Tucker will own a winter sport resort. Ilene Tye will become a dental hygienist with on- ly rich, handsome, bachelor patients. Richard Truscon will be an announcer for the day- time serials. Dave Unger will lead a swing band. Ed Va'entine will engage in subersive activities- piloting a submarine. Tom VanVelzor will wallow in money after mak- ing numerous personal appearances as a profes- sional hog-caller. Don Wagner will g've al1 his millions to institu- tions for the feeble-minded. Joyce Wallick will discover a new method of pushing a baby-c;,rriage-using a husband. Don Werth will sail the ocean blue, and keep the home fires burning, one in every port. George Weston will own a chain of hotels. Mildred Whetstine will be enrolled in the All American Hot-Rod Club after she graduates from driver training class. January 1950 Mona Anderson Will be the leading lady of “South Pacific” when it comes to Detroit. Myrna Bxickner will be a champion weight lifter. Sydney Bye will be an ace photographer. Jack Carithers will work his way up from printer in the mint to Secretary of the Treasury. Dick Carlson will become editor of the N.Y. Tribune. Connie Carter will be a make-up director for M.G.M. Haney Daivdson will become the official interior decorator for the White House Eleanor Dubas will become a tutor of child stars. Germaine Folsom, who will become a dietitian, will create new recipes. Ronald Hare will be Mr. America of 1960 Jessie Honeywell will win recognition as the world’s fastest typist. Bill Hudson will be an airplane engine designer. Tom Jaske will put his energy and personality to work by being a song plugger. Ed Knight will design homes of the future. Ulrich Koch will tour the country as an orator. Joyce Langley, in Sun Valley, will be the pro- prietor of a large hotel there. Jim Lewis will own a great number of oil wells. Tom Maddox will have great fun drawing sketches for Walt Disney. Shirley Malloch’s baking powder company will supply the world with this sensational product. John McDaniel will work his way up and become mayor of New York. Ted Mealey, Olympic ice-skating champion, will organize a big skating show. Bob Merritt will be the greatest comedian of radio, screen, and television. Shirley Whitcomb will get married and spend her happiest days combing a little “Whits” hair. Ken Wilcox will be door-man for some plush night club--or better known as a drafts-man. Carolyn Wiles wants to be an elementary teacher, and teach the elements of “tapping” to the little “live-wires.” Marilyn Wiley wants to be a doctor—she has a mad passion for interior decorating. Tom Williams wi1! run a linotype machine and develope a new style for smooth operators. Vicky Williamson will boast a mean “toe-hold” as a lady wrestler. Don W'lson wil' “watch the Fords go by,” of course. Jack Wiseman will join the Foreign Legion. Larry Woehlke will lead a chilly life as a drafts- man. Jane Woods will be a nurse to care for the hopeless. Ed Wright will go into business auctioning off used comic books--and be well known as a “Bookie.” Dick Wright will become famous as a lawyer when he is admitted to a bar. Duane Wydendorf, as an author, will call his first novel, “Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Wydendorf.” Norma York will become a secretary and win her fame revealing secrets. (Government). Since Mae Younguist has a flare for exposing the “elements,” she will become a science teacher. Beverly Zilz will play first French-horn in a Dixie land band. Marilyn (bring 'em back alive) Zimmerman will hunt wild men deep in the jungles of Borneo. Carol Zurofsky will become a professional athlete. Bob Zurofsky will get married young and use his ability in track, running errands for his wife. CLASS WILL Dorothy Miller Fisher, as President of the House- wives of America Club, will be seen in Wash- ington fighting for favorble bills. Joanne Nutt will be flying around town getting information for her broadcast, “Who’s Who.” Margaret Paraluck, doing well on the stock ex- change, will buy out Macy’s Bob Oswald will be the matinee idol of 1962. Mike O'Connell will be enjoying a life of leisure living at Hollywood and Vine. Erik Pierce will write plays and direct them. Lois Powers will open a beauty salon. Don Prouty will be a well known gossip columnist. Jim Rogers, who likes water so well, will be water commissioner. Louis Roosevelt, following in his father’s footsteps, will become a senator in Washington. Mary Lou Scott will become a great opera singer and sing her way to fame. Mary Lou Segerson’s poetry will be read in all the schools in the U. S. Bill Sarkina will pilot his B-26. Jim Smith will create gags for comedians. Ruth Squiers will become an office worker. Olive Sukaitis will do a wonderful job campaigning for the prohibition party. Madeline Taylor will keep the patent office busy with all her inventions. Elsie Thiede will be the greatest critic of her day. Armin Tufer, who looks well in blue, will be Dear- born’s police commissioner. Cloria Vicary will be another Jeannette McDonald. Viola Wacker will marry into wealth and society. Matthew Williams will bat his way to fame and be- come the Babe Ruth of 1960.
