MEN'S STUDENT GOVERNMENT THE COMBINED Men's Student Government was organized in the early part ot the school year. A committee consisting of Academy and Iunior College men drew up a constitution which was ratified by the men students. A council was elected which proceeded to choose its own officers. This group immediately undertook the solution of many problems which confronted it. The liason be- tween student body ancl faculty and administration was greatly facilitated by this organization. FOOTLIGHTERS WE ARE PROUD to say the Dramatic Club of the year 1951 was a success, under the capable guidance of Miss Shelburne. They started off the year with two comedies, Saved from the Fate of Her Sister and The Triplinq Place. During the Christmas Vespers a Wonderful presentation of The Child is Born was performed. In April the senior class play Iar1uary Thaw was a huqe success and enjoyed by all. This play left a pleasant memory in the minds of all who saw it. The qroup was a hard Working one and its performances were popular. Nineteen Fifty-one Page Sixty-one
