CLASS PROPHECY James E. Nauman, Ph. D. Dean of Men Columbia University Washington 26, D.C. Dear Mr. Nauman, Recently 1 entered a contest called, Why I Would Like To Visit My Old Classmates. I wrote my essay, mailed my letter, and to my surprise won the contest. My reward was a trip to see all of my old classmates. Having just returned from that trip, I thought I ' d write and tell you what each of them is doing now. Well to start the trip, I went to Europe. My first stop was Paris, France, where I had a visit with DONNA ASHBY. She is married to a famous restaurant owner and they have eight children. Their ultra-modern home is overlooking the French Rivera. Next I went to Rome, Italy. Here I saw SHERRY RILEY. She has become a famous model and is married to a famous dress designer. They have two lovely children. After the stay in Europe, my journey brought me back to the States, where my first, step was Cape Canaveral in Florida. This is where STEVE LUCAS lives and works as a scientist. Next month he is going aloft in the United States first space platform. Steve is married and has three children. Upon leaving Florida, I went to Washington, D.C. Here I was greeted by JIM WALSH, his wife, and their five children. Jim is serving on the President ' s Cabinet as Attorney General. He took me to the White House where I met the President and the First Lady. It was quite an honor! LARRY DUNCAN also lives in Washington with his wife and three children. He is spec- ial agent in charge of field activities for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. From Washington, I proceeded to Greenwich Village in New York. CHRIS BROWER lives here as a novelist. He is now writing his second novel, after his first was one of the Nation ' s best sellers. Chris has never married. that PANSY BLANKENSHIP lives just a few miles outside of New ate secretary to the Vice-President of American Telephone Tele- rried.
