ADMINISTRATION HOWARD E. LIGGETT, Principal In his second year as Skipper of the Good Ship DeSoto, Mr. Liggett has been a friend, counselor and teacher to all of us students who make up the crew of this vessel. Through his dedication to the teaching profession and his fellowman, Mr. Liggett has guided his sometimes tempest-tossed ship capably on its charted course. Though the gales of problem and the winds of trouble have lashed at our staunch Captain, he has never deviated from his commendable steering.
