He suc- ceeded Mr. Ralph Poole, who passed away November 23, l950. Many improvements have been made under his supervision, such as the interior decorating of the high school, and the repairs on the cafeteria, which are expected to be finished by the end of the school year. These improvements and many more have helped De Soto High School to have one of the highest ratings in the state. X QI l Mr. J. C. Culwell has been princi al of De Soto Hi h P 9 Y I, School for the last ten years. He is always on hand when a stu- ! dent needs help or advice and his sound judgement on all prob- iems always proves helpful. Mr. Culwell serves on the Jefferson S 5,1 J County Activity Association as its chairman. . -5 .L 1,4-Y M,-3 ' I MRS BROWNING American Hrstory Englzsh II MISS FITCH Socaal Studres MISS LAMB Shorthand Typunc General Busuness IFJ Iwi?
