Baseball C. .L. Champions This year's JV ball club had one of the best records ever as they Went undefeated in league action 12-0-2, and compiled an over-all re- cord of 16-1-2. Led by coach jim Herron and such outstanding perform- ances as Bob Warner's .500 batting average, Rick McGoVern's .465 batting average and Phil Burke's near perfect defense along With great performances by pitchers Kimo Bradley, Roy Maddox and Dean Cogliati. The JV Spartans took the title, ending along, successful season which saw De La Salle take championships in all three divisions.
