Parents And Friends Club The Parents and Friends Club have many widespread activi es which focus on the school as a whole, organizing and helping on projects such as Treasure Island, the Marathon, banquets, and ma and pa hops. This club is comprised of parents of De students, as well as several friends of De. Their interest in De La Salle is yet another reason why the school retains its high quality. RIGHT: G. Simmons tosses a dart during the Festival. MIDDLE: Mr. Weiss kept the bingo room active and profitable. Marathon Because of inclement weather, the Marathon for Non-Public education didn't succeed as expected. Those who braved the weather, however, earned money to help defer their tuition cost, and represented De in this worthwhile effort. LEFT: How did these get on our arms? 25

Adult Service Clubs Dolt All Patroness Society The Patroness society-keeps De alive with activities such as raising and donating money, volunteering service, serving dinners, and helping student organizations. Of course, the list goes on and on, filling the academic calendar with non-stop activities. The society is made up of women who share a common concern in the quality of life at De. Renee Key Club The Key Club is a volunteer service organization, sponsored by the downtown Minneapolis Kiwanis Club, for De boys.
