wal N' i, -nf of JUDY ROBY In a general election, in which a vote was cast by each subscriber to the Pirate's Log, Jaw was selected as our Pirate Queen. She is a representative stmient, both in curricular and extra-curricular activities. As a Freshman, she was a member of both the concert and marching bands and served as class secretary. During her sopho- more year, she really got into her stride, serving as secretary of the sophomore class, playing in the bands,being on the Torch Staff, plqing volleyball in the tournamnt, and, lastly, being one of our very energetic cheerleaders. Then, as a Junior this year, she is at present the Secretary of Stuient Co1mc1l,st:lJl plqing in the band, on the Torch Staf!,in the Junior Plq,a member of the Spanish Club, and still leading cheers. Besides all these activities,Juh carries a 3.3 average in her scholastic work. Her outside activities inclmle 4-H work, church work, and sports, We take great pleasure in presenting Judy Roby as our Pirate Queen for the year ot 1957.
