This year De Anza students really got with it. They started many new clubs and groups that are setting examples for all the other junior highs in the district. They developed the De Anza Drill Team and Dance Club which are both the first of their kind. Other organizations such as the Student Council, Ninth Grade Organization, Social Committee, Year- book Staff, Girls' Council, and the Lancers have really worked hard and come up with great ideas to really help De Anza become the best. Thanks to the cooperation of the faculty and staff, we can honestly say, has beewtlwgwamsbgeamuvtlwlfisfoag oQDeAu3af' Team h Pictured at the right is De Anza's first Drill Team in their light and dark blue uniforms. All of the girls made their own uniforms or helped each other. Mrs. Pat Post sponsored the Drill Team. E A.Q.e. 056-ws sioners have really been great.
