Homecoming ceremonies fill air with breeze of excitement The thrill and excitement of Homecoming is always a suspended moment in DeWitt High’s year. The student body chooses senior, junior and sophomore girls as 1 lomecoming maids, and from the group, two seniors, chosen by the Dragon squad, arc named to reign as queen and maid of honor. Who will be queen and top maid are kept secret until all the participants arc on stage, and it is always a suspended moment when the master of ceremonies makes the long-awaited an- nouncement. Student Council Pres. Richard LaFarguc served as master of ceremonies for the event. CROWN bearer ch.non Burnett drops precious cargo on stage. Supt. East helps pick It up.
