llasrt Will and 'lllcsntamcnita Class of F30 WH EREAS, we, the graduating class of 1930 have been in Clinton such a long time that we have reached the age where we must consider the futureg and WHEREAS , We feel very warmly Qheatedlyj towards our old friends, the teachers, we, the party of the fourth quarter, being in sound body and appar- ently sane Cas long as We keep our mouths shutb do solemnly Qimpossiblej give to the following teachers our most valued possessions. To Mr. A. Mortimer Clark we give a scooter so that he may make his tour of inspection more easily. To Mr. Oscar W. Anthony we lovingly give one hundred permanent record cards so that he may write his autobiography on them. To Mr. Weiss we give this box of crayons, so that, although he be a hard- marker, he may please the boys he marks by using attractive colors. To Mr. Murray we give a pair of ear-muffs so that his ears will not freeze in the high altitude they are forced to exist in. To Mr. Dotey we give a pair of red spats to replace the white ones he has worn during his long stay in Clinton. To the Late,' Mr. Freynick we give a pair of rubbers so that he won't slip up on anyone who is tardy. To Mr. Tietz we humbly give ourselves so that he may experiment on insanity at its source. To Dean Foote we give a megaphone so that he will be able to teach his classes Echo more easily. - To Mr. Hooks we give a, pair of snow-shoes so that the floor won't bend so much when he walks and so that he may ski what's going on in P. T. To Mr. Moyer we give this catalogue describing the works of Erskine so that he may realize that there is another side to history. And may you, beloved faculty, forgive us our iniquities and remember that with us the first hundred years are the hardest. We are Very grateful to you and may these little tokens be to you the signs of this. Adieul My Commission is expired. WALTER SONNEBORN, Notary.
