Band Has ew Director Under a new director, Mr. Dan Kronfield, there were several innovations in the band this year. One of them was the organization of a drill team which marched behind the band, aiding in formations. Also, selected members of the band participated in a new West Toledo Band, which Mr. Kronfield organized. This band played at the DeVilbiss-Start game. In addition to marching at all home games, the DeVilbiss Band marched in the WOHO Christ- mas Parade. Several times during the year, the band was host to groups such as the Bowling Green Stage Band, and the Ohio University Brass and Percussion Band. These groups gave concerts at DeVilbiss which were open to music students from all over the city. Upper Right: Byron Wolfing concentrates on playing his clarinet during a performance.
