Faculty Throughout the history of man, people with depth of imagina- tion have taken knowledge and information from the greatest teacher, Nature, and have interpreted and presented it for man to use. We may think that the colorful rainbow was a bridge formed in the sky and reproduced by nature in massive rock which inspired man to copy. lt may have been the busy spider which carefully and quickly cast silken strands across a small distance which suggested to man the soaring suspension bridge. No matter the start, we are certain that a teacher taught the great- est engineer the knowledge which he in turn used to conquer distances, and now to send the first strands of future bridges into outer space. Our teachers are a special group of men and wo- men so dedicated to give unselfishly of their time and knowledge, to inspire, to guide, to judge and to help bridge the pitfalls so that youth may not be delayed or destroyed by them but cross to high- er achievements. This chasm that has been as naught to me, To that fair-haired youth may a pitfall be, l-le, too, must cross in the twilight dim, Good friend, I am building this bridge for him.
