Tad Makes the Law sruosnr COUNCIL The Student Council ol DeVilbiss High School oiiers a Fine opportunity for student self-government, By the new constitution, patterned after that ol our national govern- ment, -lad and -laddy have built the Foundation lor a real democracy at DeVilbiss. Greatest undertaking oi the year for this organization was the sponsoring of the magazine subscription campaign. Proceeds oi this drive, amounting to over one thousand dollars, were added to the Student Council funds. part ol this money was then used For band instruments.
