Donna has a good start. The girls track team completed another fine season of competition this year by having seven first place wins and one second place win. Records were broken by LydiaJones in the 100 yard dash with 11.1 and the 220 yard dash with 25.6. Lindy Morrison ran the 880 in 2.22.7 and the mile in 5.44. Jeannette Johnson, Bonita Branch, Cheryl Harris, and Lydia Jones ran the 880 Relays. These girls are the state champs. In May, Coach Bozeman led the girls to the state meet in Baton Rouge where they placed 3rd in competition. I I 4 f Girls ' Track Bonita is up and over. Lindy warms up
