The FFA is a national organization that is aimed at developing a new generation of agri-businessmen and farmers. to meet the rising demands of the world for farm pro- ducts. ln hopes of meeting these demands. the DeRidder chapter of the Future Farmers of America is learning the aspects of farming through occupational experience, working on the farm, classroom instruction, and in- dividual instruction. Through the cooperation of area farmers and businessmen, the chapter is able to participate in many community projects, Under the direction of our advisers, the chapter strives to become a more active and helpful organization to the community each year.
