Their Powder Puff Football Champion- ship has become a fever that has spread like fire. Twelve women's living units aggressively competed for the first place trophy. The girls were responsible for putting their own team together and securing a coach. Alpha Chi Omega won the championship game against Mason after defeating first Pi Phi, then Alpha Gam. The Alpha Chi Baby Bruis- Q$ $3$ ers boasted the claim of leaving their oppo- nents scoreless. Before many spectators in the championship game played on Delt's front lawn, Alpha Chi and Mason, the only fresh team to advance to the finals, clashed it out at the very end. Alpha Chi managed to score once, and their defense remained in tack as they held Mason to zero. Alpha Chi loses six of their players to gradu- ation, but will gain some hopefuls from their pledges, and are looking for another champion- ship next year. 23
