STANDINh ON THE CORNER - Nothing escapes DePauw men in their pursuit of higher education. The Registration Burden Proved Tedious . . . and agreeing, administrators established a new system Besieged by an unexpected blast of icy wind and rain7 students waited long hours to register for the fall semester. Despite the inclement beginning, classes started with balmy weather that stretched late into November. Realizing the prob- lems that occurred under the old system, the administration started a new, shorter system of registration second semester that proved much more effective.
