Crouch is respon- sible for keeping in touch with graduates, for directing the annual solicitation for the alumni fund, and for publishing the ollicial magazine. The JUIINIIIZIS. UMBREIT: ADMISSIONS lNl1'. Willard ljmbreit. secretary of admissions is responsible for the promotion of student ad- mission to DePauw University. His oliice main- tains public relations with secondary schools, parents, and students. He makes extensive visits to high schools. giving advice to prospec- tive college students. WARD: NEWS BUREAU To publicize the accomplishments of DePauw students is the duty of the publicity director, lNlr. james Ward. Bv having complete Files of all home town publications and by keeping in close contact with student activities, he is able to send out information concerning the achievements of each person.

KUNTER: REGISTRAR After receiving her B.A. degree from DePauw. Veneta Kunter, university registrar, began her work in the administration building. Her re- sponsibility entails keeping hles on each stu- dent's academic record and taking care of all petitions, trial programs. credits. and tran- scripts. DOBBS: HEALTH SERVICE Dr. 0. R. Dobbs, health service director, has been certified by the American Board of Oto- laryngology since 1920. A graduate of St, Louis University lvleclical School, he became DcPauw's university physician last year after serving six years in the Naval Reserve.
