Under, the direction of the Executive Vice-President, the University Council advises the President on matters of policy and recommends ideas and suggestions of its own. The Council, consisting of chairmen and deans from each of the six colleges which comprise the University, meet regularly in their offices in the Downtown Center to discuss any operational difficulties.
