Formed to advise the President or recommend solutions to University problems. One man alone could not direct a large university, deciding which objectives should be undertaken im- mediately and which should be delayed. Therefore, the University Council was formed in order to recommend or advise the President, on such matters. Serving in an advisory capacity to the President, the Council is faced with all the problems encountered in the operation of a large university. The Council is composed of repre- sentatives of all the various parts of the University and supervisors of the diFferent colleges. The Council is constantly working and planning for the development of De Paul. It is their desire to direct De Paul University to higher fame and greater achievements. Rev. Albert L.
