ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: When those about you act like real jerks, sometimes you have to try to forget them, and say “Oh what the heck”! SCOTT MASSEY: (Chronic) Football 1, 2; AFS 1,2, 3; FFA 1,2,3; INTERESTS: Parties, sex, drugs, and rock- n-roll, motorcycles, and automechanics. AMBITIONS: To own a small liquor store in Weldon, and to become rich enough to buy my own brewery; hopefully Anheiser- Busch, St. Louis, Mo. Also, to open my own shop for autos and build a street rod. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Party! YUHANI MA’TTO’: Yearbook 4; AFS 4 ACTIVITIES: Chess, fishing, horseback riding, listening to music, and tennis. AMBITION: After my Senior year, I’m going back to Finland to school. I have two years left before going to my University, after those two years, I have to join the Army (8-11 mo.). Then, back to the University. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: I don’t know because I have never been an underclassmen!! NICOLE MULVANEY: (Nici) Pom-Pon 1, 2, 3, 4; Capt. 3; Musical 1, 2, 3; Basketball 1; AFS 1, 2, 3, 4; Foreign Language 1, 2; Class sec. 1, 2, 3, 4; FHA 1, 2, 3, 4; Newspaper 1; Band 1, 2, 3, 4; Chorus 1, 2, 3; Who’s who among Am. High School Students 3 INTERESTS: Reading, dancing, good music, and good times with friends. AMBITIONS: To finish my Senior year at D- W High, then go to Illinois State Univ. and receive a degree in psychology, teach for a few years, then get married and have two children. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: When you finally reach your Senior year, be proud you have made it that far, and be sure to make that last year the most memorable of all. GOOD LUCK!! PAMELA JENNINGS: (KONG) Volleyball 1, 2, 3, 4; Basketball 1, 2, 3, 4; Softball 3, 4; Band 1, 2, 3, 4; Musical 1, 2, 3; Jr.-Sr. Play 3, 4; Nat. Honor Soc. 3, 4; Girls’ state track 1, 3; AFS 1, 2, 3, 4; Spanish club 1, 2, 3, 4; Lettermans club 2, 3, 4; Student council 4 INTERESTS: Eating, sports, cruising Clinton square, getting rowdy, meeting tall guys, stacking and taping lockers shut, and clowning around. AMBITIONS: To go to E.I.U. and play volleyball. Become a C.P.A. and get a part- ner of Wingstrom, Jennings, Swartz, Carr, Inc. After getting a good start on my career, I want to marry a tall, good looking man, and live in a moderately humongous city! ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Make high school fun! Stay rowdy, and don’t underestimate the power of Mr. Bowen! TINA JONES: AFS 2, 3, 4; Library club 2, 3, 4; D.A.V.C. 4; Musical 2 INTERESTS: Expensive cars, good looking men, Garfield, and money. AMBITIONS: To get a job after getting out of the big town of DeLand. Get married and have two kids. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Try to stay out of trouble!! STACEY RIDDLE: (Toots!) Volleyball 1, 2, 3, 4; Basketball 3, 4; Band 1, 2; Chorus 1, 4; Vice pres. 4; FHA 1, 2, 3, sec. 4; Musical 1, 4; Jr.-Sr. play 4; Yearbook staff 4; Cheerleader 1, 2; INTERESTS: Playing volleyball or basket- ball, waterskiing, singing pretty songs, cats (especially my cat, Sammy), Being with good friends and having a good old time, and spending time with DEANO!!! AMBITIONS: I plan on going to college at WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY and major in social welfare. I plan on having a good and successful career, and enjoy what I do for a living (I don’t want to be saying “We treat you right” all my life!!). I also plan on making big sums of money! I would also like to get married some day and have a couple of kids too. I figure that by the time I am 30 years old, I will be living in style and have all of life’s little pleasures. If so, I will hold the 1984 class reunion in my $2000.00 per week penthouse, and all my fellow seniors (rich or poor) will be more than welcome to attend!! Thank you. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: The best advice of all... ACT LIKE UNDERCLASSMEN!!! Just keep in mind, “your time will come”! And yet, if it doesn’t. . .it wasn’t meant to be anyway!! HA, HA, HA! TRACY RIDDLE: (Crash) FHA 1, 2, 3, vice pres. 4; yearbook 2, 3, 4; AFS 1, 2, 3; Cheerleader 1, 2, 3; Jr.-Sr. play 3, 4; volleyball 1, 2, 3, 4; Band 1, 2; D.A.V.C. 4; Honor roll 2, 3, 4; Honors reception 2; Let- terman’s club 3, 4; INTERESTS: Water skiing, being with my friends, music, Journey and Styx!! and having good times with me and my Bianco!! AMBITIONS: I would like to go on to col- lege, and major in something that is right for me. What that something is, I’m unsure as of right now. Eventually, I want to settle down, get married, raise a family, and be very rich! (oh, the pleasures of life!!) ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Always remember that your time will come. Until then, respect those who have already been there! Also, make the most of your high school years, because they are gone before you know it. ROBB LAWRENCE WALTERS: (Stubby) Basketball 1, 2, 3, 4; Track 1, 2, 3, 4; Baseball 2, 3, 4; Musical 2, 3; Disciplinary advisory council 3; Jr.-Sr. play 4; Letter- man’s club 2, 3, 4; Newspaper 1, 2, 3, 4; Student council 4; INTERESTS: Women!!! Good food, candlelight and soft music, and I like all sports, interesting books, old war movies, partying, and last but not least going to Ur- bana, picking up Blanchard, and cruising campus scoping out the chics!! AMBITION: I would like to go on to college. I’m not sure where just yet. Eventually I’d like to complete my education and become a marketing agent for a large cor- poration. But. . .I’ll probably be a farmer! Ha Ha!! ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Don’t follow the crowd! Be yourself! Develop your own personal characteristics and leadership qualities. Above all, relax and enjoy the few years ahead of you here at D- W. . .because they are truly the best years of your life!! TODD WINGSTROM: (Winger) Baseball 1, 2, 3, 4; Basketball 1, 2, 3, 4; Football 1, 2, 3, 4; Track 3, 4; FFA 1; Letterman’s club 2, 3, 4; Pres. 4; Student council 3, pres. 4; Class treas. 2; Homecoming court 1, 3; Homecoming king 4 INTERESTS: Women, all sports, gambling, and taking Cardinal fans money! AMBITIONS: To go to college, get a job. get as rich as I can, and spend it all except $100,000. Then get married and have some little winger’s and spoil them until they’re 18. Also to become the replace- ment of Jimmy the Greek on NFL Today. ADVICE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: To be good little kids and never ever get into trouble. Be sure you always play in the streets, and in big tall trees. Also don’t forget to grow up and become terrorists, otay, 0-0-0tay!!! STEPHANIE WORKMAN: Volleyball 1, 2, 3, 4; Cheerleading 1, 2, 3; Class Treasurer 3, 4; Homecoming Attendant 3, 4; Student Council 3; FHA 1, 2, 3, 4 Pres.; AFS 1, 2, 3; Letterman’s 3, 4 INTERESTS: Bryan, playing volleyball, horses, and having fun on weekends!!! AMBITION: Go to college for a degree in computer programming and business management, get a job and work my way up the ladder. After my career has got a good start, I plan on getting married and later on starting a family. ADVISE TO UNDERCLASSMEN: Your high school years go by fast so have all the fun you can!!!
