Junior Achievement is one of the many activities in which DeKalb High School students participate. Com- panies composed of students are sponsored by firms in the community. Each company elects its officers and produces products which are then sold. The business world becomes more relevant as these students partici- pate in the production and transactions of their respec- tive companies. During the year, J.A. students participate in atrade fair, enter contestants in the Miss J.A. Contest, and conclude the year with a banquet.
