PROPI-IECY may 25 1973 Dear Diary Today there was a special meeting of all the alumni and Faculty members of dear old Dayville High School of the year 1953 Was I ever surprised to find out what had happened to all our old friends Mr Acaiturri had much difficultyreachlng here from his home at the South Pole in his Ietocop ter He and Polly are the famous celebrities Mr and Mrs Santa Claus The weather was rough and they took quite a bit of time laying out plans for next years toy route It wasn t hard for Roy -er -stutter Mr Brothers and I to get here for all we had to do was get ln our old fand I do mean oldy green Ford and drive across the gulley from Greggs old home to the gym By the time we got here however the triplets were howling the twlns were singing at the top of their ltmgs and the quintuplets were in a battle To top lt off the car was bolllng and groaning The first person we met as we got out of the car was Marcia Belshaw who we found after extended conversation was in the fascinating business of directing interplanetary travel on the U S Xsatelllte Space Station slightly above our earth s atmosphere She says she'll never be lonely since she can live with her memories So many Saturnlans and Venuslan characters travel back and forth that she never has a dull moment We finally made her confess one thing, right now she is madly in love with a little green man from Mars and she hones As we entered the doa we lmmedleely recognized Alfred Cotham noted scientist and beauty tech niclan We knew having read the newspapers that his Iatest and best invention was Cotham Bald -dome Hair Grower He seemed to have aged considerably since we had last seen him and even with his wonderful invention we noticed that he was wearing a toupee Perhaps his broken love life had something to do with this also the fact that he has made his home in far off Germany Lengthy conversation revealed :nat my prognostlcation of long ago had become fact Shortly after school was out Alfred began to lose his hair Such was hisharor thathestarted to college in hopes of inventing a hatr restore: His hopes were fulfilled However these were not Kay s plans! She decided to follow her vocational desire and delve further into the mysteries ofthe ancientand forbidden pyramids of Egypt So it was So long Honey' She found that her easiest course of action was to become a missionary If you were to tour Egypt today you could see Sis ter Kay living inher little cottage teaching the aboriglnes and happily investigating the ruins of The Tomb of King Tut We were all very sorry that she was not at the meeting but we can understand how occupred she would be Besides her letter to us through Wade was very enlightening wade Nodlne had come through Egypt onhls way here from his palatlal homeinlnwet Slobovla but Kay had so many bones to plck that she barely had time to wnteanexplanatory note Wade we have found has made much progress ln the world All he doesiscountmoney, ride around 1nCadi.llacsandthe1ike How did he do it?
